Terms and Conditions

Members’ Promotion:

  • Members’ price and promotion are applicable only for buffet orders confirmed at least 72 working hours in advance
  • Members’ promotion are not available for festive menus

Delivery Charges:

  • For buffet, free delivery for minimum order of 80pax, not applicable for use with Neo’s Value Package and other ongoing promotions
  • For high tea, free delivery for minimum order of $1,000 per trip, excluding side orders, delivery charges, GST and any other additional charges
  • A surcharge of $50 to $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without lift landing.
  • A surcharge of $10 ($10.17 w/GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23; Bras Basah – 18, 19
  • Delivery charge of $60 ($64.20 w/GST) per return trip is applicable for regular buffet orders
  • Delivery charge of $40 ($42.80 w/GST) per trip is applicable for mini buffet and mini party set orders

Cancellation of Order:

  • Please contact our sales consultants 3 working days before the function date
  • An administrative fee of $30 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made

Special Note:

  • Full payment must be made in advance for self-collection items
  • Food is best consumed within 3 hours for regular buffet with warmers, and within 1 hour for mini buffet in disposable containers
  • We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
  • Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Neo Garden will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight.
